The Hele Flat Bench is designed and built with a solid 11 gauge steel base and a steel backed foam pad wrapped in faux leather. For aesthetic, we added in an embroidered 'Hele Fitness' on the center of the pad. This is a solid, multi-use piece of equipment that should be a part of anyone's home gym or fitness facility.
